One of our other services we offer is assisting clients with selling select pieces of antique, vintage, or collectible items. With these select pieces, we aim to bring you top value for each item with our extensive marketing per each item. We also are certified to appraise items in case you are need of an appraisal to have the item insured. If you have an antique or collectible you would like us to help you sell or have appraised please contact us so we can help.
Appraisals vs. Price Evaluation
We offer appraisal services for your valued antique, vintage, or collectible heirloom.
Prices for an appraisal are $75 per item
(includes photos and documents needed for insurance purposes)
Price evaluation on individual items are available, as well as entire home content valuation. Price valuation on individual items are priced $50 flat fee for up to 5 items. Items 5-10 will be priced $100 flat fee.
Entire home content valuation is priced as follows:
$350 up to 2,000 sq ft home contents
$450 for 2,000sq ft -3,900sq ft home contents
$550 for 4,000 sq ft+ home contents
